Cost of accommodation in Neubau, Vienna

Living in Vienna’s Neubau will drive up your cost of living as it’s one of the more expensive neighbourhoods. Rental prices are higher in the 7th district because of its proximity to the Inner Stadt, the trendy venues and cultural offerings, and great city connections.
