Our apartments change of category depending on the size and floor level, some apartments may vary slightly in size and/or shape, but they all come with the same facilities and they are all for single occupancy only. This apartment is for single occupancy only and belongs to category F: they range between 18-21 m2 and can be located on third, fourth or fifth floors. All our studios are for private use (single occupancy), they come already furnished and with high quality kitchenette, refrigerator, ceramic hob and built-in microwave, while our common areas are perfect for socialising and catching up with friends, joining others for lunch or relaxing. EUR 400 will also be charged at the beginning as sign-up fee, to provide you with all of the services at a high level on a continuous and regular basis. This has to be paid up-front, together with the 3 months security deposit at time of signing the contract.
