Your room: The room was renovated recently. The room comes with everything (all the equipment) that is needed in order to study. The room includes towels and bedding. Apartment: The apartment is inside a traditional Dutch house, containing several floors. If you walk up the stairs towards the first floor you will see the spacious living room, which has a seating area in front of the TV; an Apple TV, which includes Netflix. For some extra ambience you can switch on the LED strip behind the television. The living room also has a great view over the city center. When you walk towards the kitchen you will also see the first bathroom in the house. This bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a toilet. The kitchen is provided with all the kitchenware and equipment you will need for daily cooking. You will find the other bathroom on the second floor. This bathroom does not only have a walk-in shower and a toilet but also includes a smart washing machine that can be set and monitored from your smartphone. Location: The apartment is situated in the neighbourhood: ‘Lombok Oost’. This part of the neighbourhood is within the city centre of Utrecht, where you can wander around and experience all the beauty that this historic city centre has to offer. The apartment is a 5minute walk away from Utrecht Central Station. On the way you will come across many supermarkets, retail stores, market shops, cafes and restaurants. Shared responsibility: We have a shared responsibility regarding the residence’s maintenance. We deliver a clean room with all the furniture you need, therefore we expect you to handle this with care. Once a week, a cleaning service will stop by to take care of the regular cleaning tasks in the common areas. We do this because we are aware of the fact that you are rather busy doing other things in this wonderful country and we want to make sure that we keep up with our high standards inside the residences. However, you do need to take out the garbage, do the dishwashing and maintain your own room. Finance: The price includes: gas, water, electricity, Internet, Netflix (if available), weekly cleaning and city hall taxes. Please be aware there will be a one-time fee of €250 for the entire stay. Check in/out date: as stated in the contract, the rental period starts either on the 1st day of the month or on the 15th (2nd half) of the month. This means that if you, for example, book a room for the 3rd of February onwards, your contract will start on the 1st of February. By all means, the tenant may move in on the starting date of the lease. The monthly rental fee includes (fixed) advance payments for water, gas and electricity charges. If you do not overuse the electricity, then you will not have to pay extra. However, if the consumption of energy is higher than the standard, then you will be responsible for the additional fee. Also, if you choose to pay the rent six months in advance, you will get two weeks for free. Additionally, if you choose to pay the rent one year in advance, you get a whole month for free! - Si aún no tiene una suscripción, puedes adquirir una con unos pocos clics.
- Contacta con el propietario pulsando en el botón Contactar.
- Preséntate al propietario. Haz cualquier pregunta que tengas.
- Cuando estés listo para reservar, envía una solicitud de reserva.
- Cuando el propietario la apruebe y se acepte el pago, habrás reservado correctamente la propiedad.
No es necesario que visites el alojamiento cuando reservas con HousingAnywhere. Estas son las razones:
- Todas las propiedades de HousingAnywhere tienen fotografías y una descripción clara. Puedes comunicarte fácilmente con el propietario por si algo no estuviese claro.
- Al no realizarse visitas, todos los usuarios tienen las mismas oportunidades a la hora de reservar, tanto las personas que ya viven en la ciudad como las que viven en otro lugar.
- HousingAnywhere se cerciora de que la propiedad es tal y como aparece en el anuncio, y solamente envía el pago al propietario cuando has hecho la mudanza correctamente.
