(bus will just "speed through" the North Amsterdam district without stopping there at all - saves a lot of time) *map not very accurate ("Schoener - Greater Metropolitan area AMS") Multifloor Town house (you will SHARE the total house of 150m2 with 5 others). Faces Shopping mall. Faces bus stop (bus 312 stop Bus trip: House -- on "top" of Central Station: only 23 minutes! From Central station, you can take any bus/metro/train to get to any work or university, because all buses/trams/trains start on the Central Station main hub :) SHORT TERM: You like it? you need it just for around 3 months? GREAT. Just Book it! right here on this platform :) LONG TERM: You want a Long term contract (3 months or more) ? great: then I need to know your details like income/scholarship/parent income etc before i will sign a "long" lease with you. (If you dont have an netherlands income or other good scholarship to show me your income stability, you will be required to pay rent on trimestrial basis (each 3 months for next 3 months) -- How to reach me: please don't start sending your contact details, because this platform auto-blocks it!!! -- It also means viewing isn't possible (how can we meet if I can't reach you, right?) I didn't build this platform, so please don't blame me. ONLINE BOOKING: if you want to Book, then you need to pay 1st month and if you only have a bank card (in case you have no Credit Card), just message me, and I can send a Book Invitation which will then show you a lot more type of payment options for you to use, like: Ideal, SEPA direct Debit, Paypal, Unionpay, Alipay . These extra pay options won't show up if you book by yourself...they only show up if I invite you ;) CHECKIN: to be clear: you can only checkin to stay, and you will only be allowed to take care of all the home contents -after- you handed over your valid ID, and after you have paid everything as mentioned on this listing by verifiable payment transfer or, verifiable at the teller of the bank -or- by electronic payments which need to be done during OFFICE HOURS* (of my local used bank nearby AND after my working hours) for me to be able to trace receipt of payment before giving keys. (i do accept bank payment as long as it comes from yourself as the formal tenant, i but don't accept any credit card nor paypal for any amounts you plan to pay directly - so it means you must book on this platform to pay here), and I only offer the "long term" lease at checkin, after you proved your stable income/savings/to let me evaluate your payment ability for --future rents-- (your 1 month pay ability for today aren't any guarantee about your ability to pay in future!). IN SUMMARY: you can't check in just for 1 month without signing anything / without showing your income/funding. If you need longstay, I will insist to know who (boss? parent?) will guarantee that you can afford it. If you are interested in "short" like 1 month: then please book the other place I offer, which is for a 1 month stay - it is a bit more expensive). *********************************************************************************************************** Since I regularly run into prospect tenants who obviously are naive enough to think I like to take financial risks, here is a little story on what to expect if you have no verifiable income to show me: SHORT STAY TENANTS: (2-3 months) If you stay up to maximum 3 months, you will need to pay the whole amount upon checkin. But i won't need to check your income either :) Breakage deposit: if you prepay the entire rent period,then I will drop it to 1 month level. Registration: there is no way i will allow you registration if you are only "passing by" for a short stay. Registration is meant only for Long Stay residents, and not for short stays. NORMAL LONGER STAY TENANTS (who stay 3 months or longer): - normal long stay tenants, will allow us to run a credit check /verify their income. After all, how else can we check that you will be able to pay rent 4 months later? So, they can just pay on a per month basis. After all: we would have checked their income, so that we know they will be getting funding each month, and that's precisely why we will allow them to pay on a monthly basis (instead of paying everything in advance) == In short: you don't want to share your income details with me AND you want a "long stay"? great. But don't cry if I ask you a 100% prepayment. The only way to get this place for "long stay" (like longer than 3 months) is 1) show stable income / parents or 2) pay the whole period in advance Registration: i will only allow it if you stay 5 months minimum NO VIEWING POSSIBLE - JUST BOOK HERE ONLINE !!!!!! NO EXCEPTIONS !!!!! - NO CASH ACCEPTED Disclaimer: the garden pics are as per from current residents (their current garden items are shown) Disclaimer: the bedrooms are different sizes, and 1 floor can be used as 2 bedrooms.(the 150m2 is total house) Booking: make sure you checkin on a bank opening hours (in order to be able to make full payment). Because if you checkin at night or weekend and didn't pay the full stay, we can not let you checkin. Unless you organize payment before arriving, to avoid that you face closed banking hours. TENANT PAYMENTS- FYI housinganywhere is asking a 25% commission from landlords, THEREFORE LANDLORD wishes to protect himself against this fee, so: all tenant's dues, (noted on listing's info as to be paid "upon checkin") must be paid -not on last moment during checkin- but rather, sooner: by bank within 48hours after booking here, or upon checkin: if this checkin is sooner than 48hrs from booking....
