Our apartments change of category depending on the size and floor level, some apartments may vary slightly in size and/or shape, but they all come with the same facilities and they are all for single occupancy only. These apartments are for single occupancy and belong to category E: they range between 16 and 22 m2 and are located third and fourth floors. All our studios are for private use (single occupancy), they come already furnished and with high quality kitchenette, refrigerator, ceramic hob and built-in microwave, while our common areas are perfect for socialising and catching up with friends, joining others for lunch or relaxing. And you don't have to spend extra money on a gym: there’s a private one on-site with cardio equipment, exercise machines and weights covering all your needs. We believe in a healthy mind and body! IMPORTANT INFORMATION: This property it is for students only and we will request a proof of your student status (i.e. university or school enrolment letter) together with a proof of ID, to be able to prepare your rental contract. Our apartments have a mandatory minimum stay of 6 months , so we are not able to accommodate any shorter stays. To issue your rental contract our booking team will need to know if you have a European Guarantor, if not, we require the full payment of rent upfront. EUR 400 will also be charged at the beginning as sign-up fee, to provide you with all of the services at a high level on a continuous and regular basis. This has to be paid up-front, together with the 3 months security deposit at time of signing the contract.
