By partnering with HousingAnywhere from the start, they have streamlined their rental operations. Today, they are present in over 20 cities across 10 countries, including Germany, Spain, Italy, Belgium, and Austria. They aim to expand further across Europe to meet the increasing demand for flexible housing.
As the company expanded into new cities and countries, they encountered several challenges.

Major projects like The Waterfront in Berlin and Zin in Brussels launched successfully, thanks in part to HousingAnywhere’s market insights and tenant acquisition support. These properties feature a mix of short and long-term stay options.

Looking forward, they have new developments and flexible living concepts on the horizon. One of which is the innovative Flex Living concept in Madrid called BEXT Vallecas. This allows tenants to choose between short stays, long-term rentals, or co-living spaces all within the same building. HousingAnywhere’s platform will continue to play a crucial role in supporting these new developments, helping them maintain their momentum in the flexible living market.
