Learn how to use Dynamic Texts in HousingAnywhere Quick Reply feature.
At HousingAnywhere, we are committed to speeding up the workflows of landlords and property managers. We learned that tenants often ask similar questions about viewing policies, cancellation policies, or move-in and move-out dates. This insight led us to build the feature called Quick Replies.
With Quick Replies, you can save the answers to frequently asked questions and have them at your disposal whenever you need them. You can find your Quick Replies by going to a conversation with a tenant and clicking on the Quick Replies button below the chatbox. Your Quick Replies are also easily accessible from your smartphone.
When we introduced Quick Replies, we noticed that even the most elaborate Quick Reply still required manual editing. If you wanted to include the first name of the tenant or add the move-in date, you would still need to edit the Quick reply before sending it.
That’s why we added dynamic texts to the Quick Replies feature. When you insert a Quick Reply with dynamic text into a conversation, those dynamic texts will automatically get replaced with real data.
To create a Quick Reply, click on New quick reply in the Quick Replies window. To add a dynamic text, click the dropdown called add dynamic text. You can add as many dynamic texts as you’d like.
You can use the following dynamic texts to personalise your quick replies:
