Good job on getting your first booking! Now, let's see how you receive that money.

Complete your payout settings

To receive your payment, you must fill in your bank details and link it to your listing.

Step 1: Adding your bank details

  1. Open your HousingAnywhere dashboard and on the left panel, open the Payments tab.
  2. Open the Payout settings and select Bank accounts
  3. Add your bank details
  4. Add a billing address

Step 2: Add a bank account to your listing

  1. Open the listings tab on your HousingAnywhere dashboard
  2. Click the three dots to the right of your listing and select Payment and tax.
  3. Fill out or edit your billing address, select a bank account and provide your card details.

Your payment method is now attached!

Adding several bank accounts

The first bank account you add will be the default and be linked to all your listings. You can click Add new in bank accounts to add more.

The “other” accounts will not be used unless you explicitly route listings to them. Then, all payouts related to that specific listing (booking payouts, payouts for payment requests) will be sent to the linked bank.

When do I receive my payment?

HousingAnywhere will transfer the payment to your bank account 48 hours after your tenant moves in.

Due to bank processing times, it might take 1-5 working days before the money is available in your account (EU bank transfer). For international money transfers, this might take up to 10 working days.
