We offer self-contained studio apartments, combined with the fun of communal areas and shared facilities, where you can socialize and meet other residents. If you prefer to have your own kitchen, living area and your private bathroom, then one of our studios could be perfect for you. Once you’ve decided to #StayWithUs, many features are already included, such as the use of all common areas like fitness and learning facilities, as well as our on-site service. We believe that student life should be stress-free, and that's why we operate with an all-inclusive rent: you don't have to worry about additional utilities bills, you can just move-in and start living your student life! And there is no need to take the washing home either: we have a communal laundry area with coins-operated washing machines. Our apartments change of category depending on the size and floor level, some apartments may vary slightly in size and/or shape, but they all come with the same facilities and they are all for single occupancy only. This apartment is for single occupancy and belongs to category D, which range between 17 - 22 m2 and is located on the fifth and sixth floors. All our studios are for private use (single occupancy), they come already furnished and with high quality kitchenette, refrigerator, ceramic hob and built-in microwave, while our common areas are perfect for socialising and catching up with friends, joining others for lunch or relaxing. And you don't have to spend extra money on a gym: there’s a private one on-site with cardio equipment, exercise machines and weights covering all your needs. We believe in a healthy mind and body! That’s why fitness can be a sensible supplement to your university life. Working out in our private gym not only keeps a good sweat going but also reduces exam stress and clears the mind. The Bergmannkiez is also only a short walk away. No matter where you are in Berlin, the next subway is not far away. You can get everywhere you want in a short period of time. Even if you have to travel further, you can take the train and drive from one point of the city to another. Mostly you won’t need to go that far away. Therefore in Berlin the most common mode of transportation is the bike. So get on your bike and explore the flair of a metropolis. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: This property it is for students only and we will request a proof of your student status (i.e. university or school enrolment letter) together with a proof of ID, to be able to prepare your rental contract. Our apartments have a mandatory minimum stay of 6 months , so we are not able to accommodate any shorter stays. To issue your rental contract our booking team will need to know if you have a European Guarantor, if not, we require the full payment of rent upfront. EUR 400 will also be charged at the beginning as sign-up fee, to provide you with all of the services at a high level on a continuous and regular basis. This has to be paid up-front, together with the 3 months security deposit at time of signing the contract.
