This apartment is composed of only one room and it is located in via Giorgio Washington, in a quiet residential building. The flat is just ten minutes far from the red metro line Wagner M1 and ten minutes far from the green metro line Sant’Agostino M2. At the end of via Giorgio Washington, you find the National Theater and some shops. The apartment overlooks the inner courtyard of the building and it is characterized by modern and practical pieces of furniture, which are in contrast with the photos of Old Milan hanging on the walls. Important note: during April, there is an extra charge on the monthly rent, if your stay include the forniture week (please, ask before booking) Living room and kitchen Entering the apartment, you find a living room with a big television and a practical sofa bed which can be turned into two single beds. The flat is quiet, so it is the perfect solution to relax during your stay, either you are in Milan for work or on holidays. Bathroom and balcony Cross the living room and you find a short passage, provided with a big wardrobe, which leads you to the bathroom. Utilities The utilities are included up to a maximum daily amount. Consumptions extra-threshold will be charged at check-out as follows: € 0.50/kWh (electricity), 1€/mc (gas). Rules Smoke is forbidden even with open windows. L'appartamento affaccia sul cortile interno ed è arredato con un design moderno e funzionale, che contrasta con le stampe di Milano vecchia appese in tutto l'appartamento. Soggiorno e cucina Entrando nel monolocale il soggiorno vi accoglie con un grande televisore e un comodo divano letto che si divide in due letti singoli. Il locale è silenzioso, ottima soluzione per rilassarvi durante il vostro viaggio di lavoro o piacere a Milano. Bagno e balcone Dal salone si accede nell'altra parte dell'appartamento, dove un piccolo disimpegno con un armadio vi conduce al bagno. Nel bagno troverete una doccia e la finestra che affaccia sul cortile interno. Nota importante: durante il mese di aprile è previsto un supplemento se il soggiorno include il periodo della settimana del mobile (si prega di chiedere prima di prenotare). From here you easily get to the main points of interest: you can either take bus lines (hidden phone number) to the city centre, or walk only 10 minutes and take the red subway line MM1 at the metro stop Wagner (about 1 km away). The closest private parking is located in Via Costanza 12. Moments away is also Milan’s ring road, a busy thoroughfare perfectly served by public transports and well connected to the main points of interest. The flat is on the raised ground floor. The building is placed in a quiet side street of Via Washington, with very little traffic noise: it means, you will be close to the city centre, but you won’t be annoyed by loud cars and traffic noises. The guests are welcomed into the corridor, which takes to the night area. It is composed by two bedrooms and one full bathroom: the first bedroom comes with three single beds; the second bedroom has two single beds (in both rooms the twin beds can be replaced by a double bed). The bedrooms are provided with capacious closets, offering plenty of space for your personal belongings. The kitchen is fitted with all the most useful appliances – enjoy the pleasure of cooking your own dinner at home – whilst a small balcony opens out onto the building’s courtyard.
