The space, 25 sqm, has been organized to have different areas and to offer the best comfort to the guests. Getting in, you can recognize an entrance with an hanger for the jackets and a closet for the shoes. The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, extractor, vitro ceramic, refrigerator, coffee machine, etc.) and there is also a dining table-bar suitable for 4 guests. The stair going up to the sleeping loft makes the separation between the kitchen and the living room and hosts a useful cupboard underneath The living room is equipped with a coffee table, a sofa which could become a very comfortable single bed, several closets and a TV (cable channels). The floor is real wood. Two windows face on an internal court with a green tree and make the environment extremely bright. The sleeping loft (low ceiling) offers a comfortable space and the possibility to enjoy all the space at the lower level. The bed is very comfortable and a window on the roof allows to sleep looking at the stars... (a curtain could be closed to avoid the light in the morning). Some closets offer further space to store personal effects. The floor is real wood. The bathroom is composed by a tailed shower, a WC and a sink. Even this space is particularly bright and another window on the roof allows to get a shower looking at the sky! The flat is at the 5th floor via stairs. Bed linen and towels are provided. Internet WiFi is included in the price. Walking distance to River Seine, Ile St Louis, Place de la Bastille, the Picasso Museum, Centre Georges Pompidou and Notre Dame de Paris. Surrounded by excellent food and wine shops, bakeries and gorgeous flower shops on rue St Antoine right next to the apartment. The European Photography Museum, the Musee Carnavalet (history of Paris) are just some of the museums next door. Bus lines 96, 69, 76, Metro Lines 1, 5, 7, 8 and the 'velib' bicycle sharing stations are all within close proximity of the apartment. Enjoy the churches of St-Gervais-St Protasis and St Paul as well as the Antique Shops of the Village St-Paul. There are numerous popular restaurants, cafes and bars in the neighborhood.
