Description

The apartment is situated on the second floor of a residential building with elevator. As soon as you enter the apartment, there is a corridor with the bathroom and the laundry area with a washing machine on the right. At the end of the corridor, you will find the open space fully furnished with a table, four chairs, the sofa bed, a big closet, the plasma TV and the kitchen. At the moment of the check-in, we require 100 eur (for studios), 150 eur (for 1 bedroom apartments) and 200 (for 2 or more bedrooms apartments) for the ending cleaning. The cost for extra towels and blankets set is 50 eur. In order to book the apartment we require a damage deposit, which will be refund after your check out, if nothing in the property will be missing or broken: - Up to 1 month: 500 Eur - Up to 3 months: 1 month rent - From the 4th month: 2 month rent...
