Not facilitated for private cars but very convenient with public transport and on foot, in fact the train station Santa Maria Novella is only 10 minutes by walking distance. In the area there are bars, cafes, restaurants and many other special and famous places like Eataly. The flat is composed by a big room with a furnished kitchen, one queen size bed with a big wardrobe and a desk and a new bathroom recently restructured. There is also wi-fi ad a washing machine and a beautiful small terrace! The utilities (not included) will be counted each month based on meter calculations. An estimation could be around 50 euro per month per person. The deposit is one monthly rent for rental periods longer than 3 months. For rental periods from 1 to 3 months the deposit in only 100euro.
