Apartment in the city center of Milan, close to Buonarroti Subway (M1). The apartment has one bedroom with double bed, a living room with kitchen and bathroom. Our prices include: VAT10%, internet, electricity, gas, linen, final cleaning, check-in/out assisted (with one of (hidden) staff), assistance during your stay. Important note: during April, there is an extra charge on the monthly rent, if your stay include the forniture week (please, ask before booking) Security deposit We remind you that on arrival day will be required a security deposit, must be done with credit card, which will be refunded within 24 working hours from day of departure . If you do not have a valid credit card you have to pay it in cash, but there is an extra of: €15 for check-out from 8am to 12pm (midday); 20€ for check-out from 7am to 8am; 60€ for check-out before 6am. Excluded from the price the Milan City Tax: 3€/day for person (maximum for 14 days) Check-in time The standard check-in is between 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Late check-in from 9 p.m. to 12 p.m. - 30€. Late check-in from 12 p.m. to 8 a.m. - 60€ Final Cleaning Service Final cleaning service is included only if you use the apartment in a proper manner. You may have to pay a fine starting from €30 if you do not follow these rules: leave the apartment (i.e. floor, furniture, etc.) in good conditions; leave the kitchen clean: hob with no meal leftovers and/or dishes and tableware to wash; dispose of trash properly. Utilities The utilities are included up to a maximum daily amount. Consumptions extra-threshold will be charged at check-out as follows: € 0.50/kWh (electricity), 1€/mc (gas). Rules Smoke is forbidden even with open windows. Electronic cigarettes are not allowed as well Any kind of drug is forbidden. Small-size animals are welcomed if priorly agreed with (hidden). It is forbidden to host during the night people who haven’t checked in. Nel caso in cui non sia provvisto di una carta di credito valida, potrà versare l'importo del deposito cauzionale in contanti, in questo caso è previsto un supplemento di: 15€ per i check-out dalle ore 8 alle ore 12.00; 20€ per il check-out dalle ore 7 alle ore 8; di 60€ per il check-out prima delle ore 07.00. Esclusa dal prezzo la tassa di soggiorno da pagare durante il check-in: 3€ al giorno a persona (per i primi 14 giorni) Orario check-in L’orario di check-in standard è dalle 15.00 alle 21.00. E' previsto un supplemento di 30€ per il check-in dalle ore 21.00 alle ore 24.00; di 60€ per il check-in dalle ore 24.00 alle ore 8.00. Consumi utenze Si ricorda che, al fine di evitare gli sprechi, le utenze sono incluse fino ad un importo massimo giornaliero, al fine di evitare gli sprechi (l'importo è diverso per tipologia di appartamento). I consumi extra-soglia saranno addebitati al check-out come segue: 0,50€/Kwh, elettricità, 1€/mc, gas). Regole Vietato fumare all’interno dell’appartamento anche con finestre aperte. Le sigarette elettroniche sono incluse nel divieto. Vietato portare nell’appartamento droghe di qualsiasi tipo. Si accettano animali di piccola taglia previa autorizzazione di (hidden). Vietato far pernottare persone diverse da quelle riportate nella prenotazione. Vietato organizzare feste che disturbino la quiete in orario notturno (22-10)...
