If you do not have a valid credit card you have to pay it in cash, but there is an extra of: €15 for check-out from 8am to 12pm (midday); 20€ for check-out from 7am to 8am; 60€ for check-out before 6am. Excluded from the price the Milan City Tax: 3€/day for person (maximum for 14 days) Check-in time The standard check-in is between 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Late check-in from 9 p.m. to 12 p.m. - 30€. Late check-in from 12 p.m. to 8 a.m. - 60€ Final Cleaning Service Final cleaning service is included only if you use the apartment in a proper manner. You may have to pay a fine starting from €30 if you do not follow these rules: leave the apartment (i.e. floor, furniture, etc.) in good conditions; leave the kitchen clean: hob with no meal leftovers and/or dishes and tableware to wash; dispose of trash properly. Utilities The utilities are included up to a maximum daily amount. Consumptions extra-threshold will be charged at check-out as follows: € 0.50/kWh (electricity), 1€/mc (gas).
