You can easily reach the apartment thanks to the proximity to the Santa Maria Novella station. Nice and cozy private room with single bed, spacious wardrobe and desk in the room. It can be possible to add another single bed for guests. The flat is on the third floor and it is composed by a furnished kitchen, a nice living room, 3 bedrooms where we can put a double bed or two separate single bed (only in one room is possible to have just two single bed) with a big wardrobe and a desk and two bathrooms recently restructured. There is also wi-fi ad a washing machine. The utilities (not included) will be counted each month based on meter calculations. An estimation could be around 50 euro per month per person. The deposit is one monthly rent for rental periods longer than 3 months. For rental periods from 1 to 3 months the deposit in only 100euro. It will be given back to you if there are no damages in the flat. Final cleaning of the flat is 200euro (to be shared by all the tenant) International students and young professionals are welcome! :)...
