ANMELDUNG POSSIBLE We are renting a room available in our design and fully furnished apartment. The apartment has beautiful finishes, its very bright and spacious. All utilities, maintenance, house supplies, weekly cleaning services, super fast WiFi and more included. The house has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The flat is located right in the heart of Schöneberg, a very vibrant and cool neighborhood in the city. Very well-connected, its next to the U-Bahn station of Bayerischer Platz U4 U7 plus other transportations. Also, the Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Recht is 5 min away and EBC Hochschule 10 min away. Plus, the area is full with bars, restaurants and all kind of amenities supermarkets, gyms, etc. The flat will be shared with another student young professional between 20 and 35 years old. Very nice environment and good vibes...
