It is very well connected as it is in the centre of the city. Only 3 minutes away from Passeig de Gracia (L2, L3, L4 and Renfe Rodalies), Diagonal (L5) and less than 8 minutes from Plaça Catalunya. This room is fully equipped with a single bed and mattress, a two-door wardrobe, a functional study area with a desk and chair. Besides, the room has access to an exterior balcony. NOTE: This room is connected to Room 2. There's a wall which separates Room 1 from Room 2 but there's a gap near the balcony where you can cross to the other room. Nevertheless, you still have your own privacy. The flat has 8 private rooms, 1 bathroom with 3 showers and a toilet, 1 toilet room, a kitchen, and an improved living-dining room. The common areas of the flat are shared among the tenants. We provide basic kitchen utensils and basic household appliances like a washing machine. 50€ for expenses are included in the monthly price (electricity, water and gas) All guests benefit from complimentary WiFi internet access.
