Next to the first bedroom, there is the master bedroom with a beautiful double bed, a large wardrobe, a TV, a chest of drawers and two bedside tables. This room overlooks the quiet courtyard. On the right side of the hallway, there is a modern bathroom with a large mirror. The large double shower makes the room very comfortable. The ideal apartment for those who are in Milan for studying or working. A personal space for relax perfectly connected to the big city! House Rules: -No smoking. -No pets allowed. -No parties allowed. We remind you that from the moment of the booking you have 48 hours for sending the damage deposit (by bank transfer) to GUARANTEE your booking and change it from HOLD to CONFIRMED. The deposit will be refunded after the control of the inventory (if nothing is missing or broken) after your departure. DAMAGE DEPOSIT: - Up to 3 months: 1 month deposit is required and it'll be the payment done through HousingAnywhere. We inform you that in order to prepare your contract we need the CODICE FISCALE, the enrollment letter of your school or of the society you are working for, in addition to a valid document. At the moment of the check-in, we require 100 eur (for studios), 150 eur (for 1 bedroom apartments) and 200 (for 2 or more bedrooms apartments) for the ending cleaning. The cost for extra towels and blankets set is 50 eur The area is full of commercial services: bars, restaurants and in front of the apartment there is a gym with a swimingpool. A supermarket is 50 meters from the apartment. Located 200 meters form the M1 (Red Line) Rondò. In 20 minutes you will be in DUOMO.
