Loyer 395€ + 95€ de charges (Internet, chauffage, électricité, eau, gaz ), caution 2 mois. Machine à laver et à sécher sont sur le trottoir en face. Domiciliation possible. Merci de prendre en compte que c'est une vieille maison, très belle, et que les peintures et l'intérieur ne sont pas des plus neufs. La tuyauterie et les radiateurs sont anciens et apparents mais la chaudière est toute neuve et le chauffage est central.
