Our apartments change of category depending on the size and floor level, some apartments may vary slightly in size and/or shape, but they all come with the same facilities and they are all for single occupancy only. This apartment is for single occupancy only and belongs to category D: it range between 18-22 m2 and can be located at garden level, ground, first, second and third floors. All our studios are for private use (single occupancy), they come already furnished and with high quality kitchenette, refrigerator, ceramic hob and built-in microwave, while our common areas are perfect for socialising and catching up with friends, joining others for lunch or relaxing.
