Description

Fully furnished large room (14m2) near city center and Kralingen. House is located on the ground floor and has a “green” garden. The house has 4 rooms so you’ll share the apartment with three other international students or young expats. Metro station Oostplein is only 3 minutes away by foot, supermarket is located at the end of the street. Erasmus university is 10 minutes if you take the bike. Prices are all inclusive. A mandatory cleaning fee for when you'll leave the room of 60,50EUR has to be paid in the first week of your stay....
