University Duisburg-Essen (Campus Duisburg) is reachable by train in 25 min. All in all is the location extremly central and basically everything is reachable in walking distance or a short train/metro/bus ride. A self-service laundry is in 1min walking distance and supermarket, butchery, bakery, liquor stores etc. are all around the block.
