I am renting out the top floor in a single-family house. The top floor is appr. 44sqm with one main room (living & sleeping) with a gallery and balcony. One additional small room plus bathroom with shower and toilet. Please note: the apartment has a shared entry on the ground floor level. You can use the kitchen on the ground floor and will have your own fridge. Washing machine in the basement. Bed linen and 5 towels will be provided once per month. Cleaning lady for 2 hours per month included. Please note: We have a cat in the house. Quiet street, only 5 minutes to the subway (2 stops from the city center). Shopping facilities nearby....
